Who sees it
Our office, and the repair people we send when needed to fix something in your home. We may also share information when the law requires it.
Applications
When you apply to rent, we also collect what you put on the application, like your income, where you live now, and your current landlord. We never ask for your Social Security number, date of birth, or bank or card numbers on this website. The credit and background check is done by our screening partner, only after you authorize it through their own secure link.
